Differs from F. clypeata in its subentire, spathulate-elliptic basal leaves, siliculae broadly elliptic to orbicular, 15-27 x 14-21 mm, seeds (3-)4(-6) per loculus, (3.5-)5-10 mm in diameter, the wing accounting for more than ½ the total width. Fl. 5-6. Rocky slopes, 1000-2400 m.
