A. armenum Boiss., Fl. Or. 1: 278 (1867) emend. Schischkin in Bull. Mus. Georg. 18 (1922). Syn: A. daghestanicum Rupr., Fl. Cauc. 104 (1869)! Perennial, up to 15 cm. Cauline leaves broadly oblanceolate or obovate, acut-ish, increasing in size upwards. Racemes conferted, 2-5 cm. Pedicels ± horizontal, with an indumentum of adpressed or strigose stellate hairs. Petals entire, 4-5(-6) x 1-2 mm. Fruits ± orbicular, obtuse or truncate, with a dense indumentum of coarse, many-rayed, stellate hairs; valves ± equally inflated. Styles hairy for ½-¾ of their lengths. Seeds wingless or narrowly winged. Fl. 5-7. Rocky places, 1200-3650 m. Lectotype: [Turkey BIO Ağri] in Armenia Turcica prope Bayazid, Aucher 4093 (BM! G! K!
